Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the indoor plant and landscaping market. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 yrs UAE experience in sales/business development in indoor plants or landscaping companies (e.g., Planters, Black Tulip, Dubai Garden Centre, Acacia, Sonya, Plantsworld). Proven ability to achieve sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of plant care, landscaping solutions, and horticultural trends is a plus. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple client accounts independently.
