Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the radiator repair and services market, focusing on fleet management companies, automotive workshops, and industrial clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored radiator solutions.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, diagnose radiator issues, and propose effective repair or replacement strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.

  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Automotive Engineering, or a related field, showcasing a foundational understanding of radiators and their functionality.

  • Possesses relevant certifications in automotive repair or sales, such as ASE or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the automotive or industrial services sector, with a focus on radiator repair or related products.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the radiator repair and services market, including knowledge of different radiator types and repair techniques.
