Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales objectives and Targets monthly / Quarterly, and annually as provided by the management
  • Generate Inquiries and Leads by identifying Prospects (Project, Person, Consultant, Contractors, etc)
  • Study specifications/drawings & requirements of the project.
  • Preparing / Checking Estimations for accuracy as per format & market/customer situation
  • Right selection of products and services to comply with specifications and client requirements
  • Prepare / Submit / Follow Up on Quotation and Update all information in the CRM as per company procedures
  • Negotiate with Customers on price, costs, delivery, and specifications; Job finalization and Order Handling
  • Coordinate / Prepare Project / Sales Related Activities / Documentation as per ISO procedure
  • Monitor Project / Site Progress with respect to job execution and as per Production Planning, and update progress to the Client as and when necessary
  • Payment / Receivable Follow-ups
  • Market awareness of ongoing Projects, Decision makers, Expected project start date, competitors, etc, and able to forecast & present the same to the Management
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
  • Establishing new contacts / Setting Up meetings and developing relationships with prospects/clients/consultants; recommending solutions
  • Prepares reports for Management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information as per the Management Approved Agenda Guideline
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Help in researching and introducing new products to the market
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Collaborate with intercompany departments to achieve better results
  • Handle After Sales Activities / Correspondence and Customer complaints or objections

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with switchgear/UPS trading sales
  • Must have a UAE driving License
