Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives and quotas.
  • Identify potential customers and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pump sales or a related industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of pumps and related systems and applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with diverse clients.
  • Ability to travel regionally and attend multiple client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for effective reporting.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a customer service focus.
