Sales Executive Spare parts

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve parts sales target according to plan.
• Prioritizes sales activities towards achieving set targets.
• Demonstrate the products to customers at the counter, review catalogues and determine customer s needs.
• Demonstrate good salesmanship skills by taking all measures to close a sale and ensure customers are satisfied.
• Explain to customers the functioning of the equipment.
• Negotiate selling price with customers offering discounts as per company s policy and guidelines.
• Record and authenticate lost sales, mentioning the reasons and presenting to the Supervisor for review.
• Inform the Sales Supervisor of any deviations discovered in the stock, for making parts claim with supplier.
• Maintain documentation on special orders from customers and spare parts cannibalized from stock vehicles.
• Ensure that the stock in the branch is maintained in the proper place and replenished from time to time.
• Assist in inventory control in identifying the slow and dead stocks.
• Ensure items as per customers request are supplied
