- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and deal closures.
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate sales forecasts and client information.
- Work with marketing teams to coordinate promotional activities and events.
- Report on sales performance and market feedback to senior management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand professional network.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in logistics or transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex client needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
- Willingness to travel as part of the sales position when required.
