Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their requirements through effective consultation
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance details
- Promote dealership services at the point of sale, including registration, insurance, and after-sales services
- Recommend optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer value
- Achieve sales targets set by management
- Prepare and present sales quotations, discounts, and financing options
- Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle availability
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the storekeeper and relevant departments
- Work closely with Customer Relations for registration and insurance processes
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize conversions
- Support the Sales/Branch Manager with additional assigned responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor s Degree
Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within an automotive dealership or car sales environment
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
Technical Skills: Computer literate (MS Office and dealership systems knowledge preferred)
Core Competencies: Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused with strong follow-up skills
Professional presentation and product knowledge
