Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Territory Scouting & Customer Acquisition
  • Identify and visit potential customers: pharmacies, cosmetics stores, and general trade outlets.
  • Present Favelin s product portfolio and activate new doors.
  • Maintain an updated list of prospects and active customers.
  • Order Generation & Repeat Sales
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Drive repeat sales through strong customer relationships and quick issue resolution.
  • Enter orders accurately in real time through the system/tablet.
  • Fulfillment Coordination
  • Ensure orders are complete and delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Report any delivery or collection issues proactively.
  • Verify customer payment terms before order dispatch.
  • Customer Tracking & Reporting
  • Complete and update Customer Scorecards (location, segmentation, visit history).
  • Submit daily reports: calls, orders, feedback.
  • Achieve minimum 50% successful call rate and meet door coverage targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in any relevant field.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in pharmacies, cosmetics, FMCG, or general trade).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Field-oriented personality with high energy and a strong sense of ownership.
