Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the SFA system ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales data.
Provide technical support to the sales team regarding SFA usage, troubleshooting issues, and
guiding users.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely entry of orders, customer visits, and sales reports. Generate, analyse, and share regular sales reports to the Leadership team.
Ensure proper training and onboarding of new team members on SFA tools and processes.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize workflow and improve efficiency through the SFA system.
Identify system improvements or automation opportunities and work with ERP or SFA vendors for implementation.
Maintain data integrity by conducting periodic audits and correcting discrepancies.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in Sales operations, SFA or CRM system administration.
Strong knowledge of SFA/CRM systems.
Excellent Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with ability to train and support sales staff.
Experience of frozen products will be an advantage.
