Job Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer at Robusta, you will play a critical role in customizing Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Design and configure Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications before deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.
  • Stay current on Salesforce features and best practices to recommend improvements.


  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning web components.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration methods.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
