Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective communication and teamwork.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should be from Kerala and Speak Malayalam.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business demands.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • A positive attitude and resilience in handling customer objections or complaints.
