Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize sales automation solutions tailored to the lighting manufacturing industry.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline sales workflows.
Develop and maintain automated tools and scripts to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and sales reporting.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
Provide technical support and training to sales teams on automation tools and best practices.
Assist in the integration of CRM and ERP systems with automation platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Document automation processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in sales automation and lighting solutions.
Support the implementation of eco-friendly and sustainable automation practices in line with company values.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of experience in sales home automation, industrial automation, or a related engineering role.
Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with automation software, scripting, or programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
