Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, handle sales inquiries, and support order processing through modern eCommerce platforms and CRM tools. This role is office-based, requiring strong communication and digital sales skills to drive conversions and deliver excellent customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in indoor sales, telesales, or customer support.
Familiarity with eCommerce tools such as Noon Seller Lab, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or Magento.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
