Role: Sales Representative (30 positions available).

Training (Paid)

Duration: 2 to 3 months.

Pocket Money: Each trainee receives $500 monthly during the training period.

Employment after Training:

Salary: Starts from $700 per month plus commissions.

Contract: A formal job offer and permanent contract follow the successful completion of training and a skills assessment.

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable carpet and flooring solutions.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively present features, benefits, and options.
• Prepare and present quotations, process sales transactions, and handle related documentation.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on new product lines, promotions, and industry trends.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management and coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery.
