The Inventory Sales Agent is responsible for supporting the company s real estate operations through the acquisition, verification, maintenance, and optimization of property inventory. This role serves as a key contributor to inventory growth by conducting strategic outbound outreach, maintaining accurate property records, and ensuring the availability of high-quality listings within the company s CRM and internal databases. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to inventory development and data management.

Responsibilities:

* Identify, source, and acquire new property inventory in accordance with business objectives and market demand.

* Conduct outbound communications with property owners and prospective contacts to verify, update, and secure property listings.

* Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of inventory data across CRM and internal management systems.

* Perform regular inventory audits and updates to ensure listing availability and data reliability.

* Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners to support ongoing inventory acquisition efforts.

* Accurately document all interactions, inventory updates, and acquisition activities within the designated systems.

* Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives through consistent inventory generation, database management, and outreach activities.
