Roles & Responsibilities

Main mission:

The IT Sales Representative is responsible for developing revenue from IT offerings (software, infrastructure, services, cloud, cybersecurity). They manage the sales cycle from end to end and contribute to the growth of the client portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect for new clients (B2B)
  • Developing and retaining a client portfolio
  • Identify sales opportunities (upsell / cross-sell)
  • Participating in responses to calls for tenders

- Sales cycle management

  • Qualify customer needs
  • To propose suitable IT solutions (technical and financial)
  • develop business proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales

- Consulting & expertise

  • Understanding clients' IT challenges (digital transformation, security, cloud)
  • Collaborating with the technical teams (pre-sales, delivery)
  • To bring a solution- and value-oriented approach

- Monitoring & reporting

  • Track opportunities in the CRM
  • Achieving revenue targets
  • Produce sales reports (pipeline, forecasts)

Desired Candidate Profile

- Required skills:

  • Good knowledge of IT solutions:
    • Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Cybersecurity
    • Infrastructure & Networks
    • Software / SaaS
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT environments

- Sales skills

  • B2B Sales Techniques
  • Negotiation
  • Client portfolio management
  • Ability to manage sales cycles

Desired profile:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, IT or equivalent
  • Experience: 7+ years in IT solutions or technology services sales
  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Mastery of French (English appreciated)
