Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring sales within the company.
Increasing and attracting more customers.
Achieving sales targets.
Maintaining a continuous balance between the supply and demand for sales, including goods, products, and services.
Managing sales operations and ensuring ongoing coordination within the company, especially in the sales department.
Effectively managing the sales department to achieve its objectives.
Preparing and presenting revenue and profit reports to senior management.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding their strategies.
Increasing company profitability.
Designing and developing strategic implementation plans to enhance the effectiveness of the sales department.
Developing corporate sales strategies.
Studying the needs and requirements of the labor market, analyzing the labor market, and identifying and meeting customer needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required, and another language is preferred.
Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM daily.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, email, and social media is required.
Residents of Helwan, 15th of May City, Maadi, etc., are preferred.
Proper communication skills, a presentable appearance, and formal attire are required.
Must have a driver's license and own a car.
