Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients in designated outdoor territories to promote GROOVY Medical Spa s range of services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of our medical, spa, and gym services to prospective customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and community activities to expand the company s reach.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, competitive activities, and product improvements.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the features and benefits of GROOVY s services.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a premium brand.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under a permanent contract, and on-site as required.
