Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients in designated outdoor territories to promote GROOVY Medical Spa s range of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our medical, spa, and gym services to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and community activities to expand the company s reach.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, competitive activities, and product improvements.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate the features and benefits of GROOVY s services.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a premium brand.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under a permanent contract, and on-site as required.
