Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet, assist, and provide product information, features, and pricing to meet customer needs. Sales & Negotiation:

  • Present solutions, conduct price comparisons, cross-sell, negotiate terms, and close deals. Transaction Management:

  • Process payments accurately (cash, credit, debit) and manage returns/refunds. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on new products, services, and market trends to offer informed advice. Store/Merchandise Maintenance:

  • Keep shelves stocked, displays tidy, and manage merchandise presentation.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify new prospects through referrals, cold calling, or online engagement. Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients. Problem Solving:

  • Address customer complaints and issues effectively to maximize satisfaction. Reporting:
