Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage potential customers through in-person, phone, and digital outreach.
• Deliver personalized product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling strategies.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote current campaigns, new product launches, and special offers.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Shopping Center professionally at all times, reflecting the brand s values and commitment to service excellence.

Requirements

1 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail, service, or consumer goods environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.

Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase average transaction value.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

Proven track record as a qualified salesperson with a customer-first approach.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Valid UAE residence visa and work permit (if applicable).

Knowledge of Al Karama Center operations and product offerings is a plus.
