Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage potential customers through in-person, phone, and digital outreach.
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling strategies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote current campaigns, new product launches, and special offers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent Shopping Center professionally at all times, reflecting the brand s values and commitment to service excellence.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail, service, or consumer goods environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase average transaction value.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Proven track record as a qualified salesperson with a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Valid UAE residence visa and work permit (if applicable).
- Knowledge of Al Karama Center operations and product offerings is a plus.
