Roles & Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to overall sales performance. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide sizing help, styling suggestions, and product information.
Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns professionally.
2. Sales Support
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Promote upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and store offers.
3. Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
Fold, arrange, and restock merchandise as needed.
Assist with inventory management, stockroom tasks, and product tagging.
Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
4. Visual Merchandising
Support the setup of product displays and mannequins.
Ensure items are properly arranged according to brand standards
