Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop, manage, and expand business opportunities with ADNOC, TAQA, DEWA etc and EPC contractors in the UAE oil & gas, power and other industrial segments like marine, steel and Aluminium sectors.
· Promote and sell electrical products, systems, and solutions (MV/HV switchgear,
transformers, batteries, alternators ,cables, and automation systems).
· Ensure company products are included in ADNOC-approved vendor lists (AVL) and maintain compliance with ADNOC requirements.
· Build and sustain long-term relationships with ADNOC, FEED consultants, EPC contractors, and procurement teams.
· Deliver technical presentations, solution proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
· Prepare and submit compliant techno-commercial offers aligned with ADNOC standards.
· Negotiate contracts and support project execution during order finalization.
· Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs while monitoring market trends.
· Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
· 15+ years of sales/technical experience, including at least 5 years in UAE oil & gas projects.
· 5+ years of experience leading or managing a sales/technical team, with demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and achieve collective targets.
· Proven track record with ADNOC approvals, vendor registration, and client interactions.
· Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, systems, and international standards.
· Well-established network with ADNOC, EPC contractors, and consultants.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

tailored electrical solutions that meet ADNOC standards and project requirements.
