Roles & Responsibilities

A growing FMCG company is seeking to hire a Sales Lead who is energetic and results-driven, responsible for leading the sales team, expanding distribution channels, increasing sales performance, and ensuring excellent execution in the market.


Requirements:

1- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
2- (4 6) years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
3- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
4- Proven track record in business development and closing deals with key accounts.
5- Hands-on experience in field sales, distribution, and channel management.
6- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
7- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
8- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
9- Preferably owns a car.
