We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our growing marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven sales experience within a marketing, advertising, or branding environment. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across advertising, branding, and media services.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and digital teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Track and report sales performance metrics regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and digital services.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• European candidates are preferred due to market alignment.
