Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and qualify leads within the co-working/shared office space sector.

Conduct sales presentations, tours, and consultations for prospective clients.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to support promotions, events, and client acquisition strategies.

Track and report sales activities, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 4 years of proven sales experience in co-working spaces or shared offices..

Strong lead generation and prospecting skills with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.

Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written).

Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
