Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Market and promote residential and commercial properties for sale and lease

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and property portals

  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients

  • Negotiate sale and lease terms between landlords, sellers, and clients

  • Prepare and follow up on offers, contracts, and lease agreements

  • Maintain accurate listings and client records in the CRM system

  • Stay up to date with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, developers, and clients

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing in Abu Dhabi

  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and property market

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to close deals and meet targets

  • Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused

  • Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
