Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage shipping operations from the African production facility to clients across Europe and other global destinations.
• Oversee all documentation and logistics-related activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport partners to ensure smooth international shipping.
• Prepare, track, and update shipment schedules, invoices, and related documentation.
• Support the sales team in managing client orders, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment data, delivery timelines, and logistics performance.
• Communicate with production teams to align shipping schedules with order requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock availability, and support logistics planning.
• Handle after-sales support related to delivery, shipment delays, or documentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company logistics policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 4 years of experience in shipping and logistics coordination, preferably involving international shipments.
• Experience coordinating shipments between multiple countries (Europe, Africa, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong background in sales coordination and logistics management.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics management tools.
• Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and processes (Bill of Lading, customs clearance, etc.).
