Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales & Logistics Support Officer to assist both our Sales and Logistics departments. This role covers the entire MENA region, ensuring smooth operations across reporting, data management, and cinema scheduling within a dynamic film distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data and reports for all studio titles across the MENA region
- Update release information and performance details on the Empire website
- Manage and update records in internal systems
- Track and monitor competitive titles and their release dates across markets
Logistics Department Support
- Review and verify cinema programming across the MENA region
- Monitor weekly cinema schedules to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or provide clarifications
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data entry systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in film distribution and the entertainment industry is a plus
