Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities (Outdoor Salesman – MKT General Trading LLC)

  • Visit shops/customers daily to generate sales and take orders.

  • Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Promote company products, explain offers, and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Follow assigned routes/areas and ensure regular market coverage.

  • Coordinate with the office/warehouse for stock availability and timely deliveries.

  • Collect customer feedback, monitor competitor activity, and share market updates.

  • Follow up on payments/collections as per company terms and maintain basic records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2 years UAE outdoor sales experience (FMCG/trading preferred).

  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

  3. Confident in field visits, lead generation, and closing sales.

  4. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  5. Good knowledge of Dubai market/shops and customer routes.

  6. Valid UAE driving license preferred.

  7. Basic English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus).

  8. Professional, presentable, and reliable with follow-ups and reporting.
