Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our inside sales teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the global aviation market and the ability to support Business Development Managers in sourcing, quoting, and closing sales opportunities with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the inside sales teams to achieve sales goals.
- Develop strategic sales plans to target key market segments.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers in sourcing and quoting processes.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the aerospace sales sector or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the global aviation market and industry standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the MEA region is beneficial but not essential.
