Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial sales division, managing a team of agents and overseeing day-to-day sales operations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the competitive Dubai commercial property market.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in commercial real estate to inform sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and potential clients, to drive business growth.
- Integral part in making a team of your choice & hence to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing training and support to enhance their performance and results.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring favorable terms for the company while satisfying client needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing properties and value propositions tailored to their needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline diligently, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract potential buyers and investors.
- Stay updated on local and international real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management within the commercial real estate sector, preferably in Dubai.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of Dubai's commercial property market dynamics, including zoning laws and investment trends.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred to communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence decisions and foster long-term relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for delivering engaging presentations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Culturally aware and adaptable, with a keen understanding of the diverse marketplace in Dubai.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
