Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll do here as a sales manager, ELT & K12:

  • Shape and complete innovative sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in assigned regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and encourage a dedicated English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education sales team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Uncover new business opportunities and expand our market presence
  • Develop and maintain positive, lasting relationships with key clients and collaborators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer happiness and support our educational mission.

Skills you'll bring to thrive here:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years people leader experience.
  • Background in English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing the end-to-end tender process, ensuring the timely delivery of compliant, compelling, and commercially sound bids.
  • A proven history of success in sales management and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Outstanding leadership and team-building skills to empower others.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.

Preferred Experience:

  • Global matrix experience a plus.
