Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales engineering team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for automotive products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Mentor and train junior sales engineers to enhance team performance and professional growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 year of experience in sales engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical or automotive environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to clients.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required.
