Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals for EPS & XPS insulation products.

Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within construction, real estate, contractor, and distributor segments.

Build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts, consultants, architects, and channel partners.

Conduct market analysis to monitor competition, industry developments, and evolving customer needs.

Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product specifications.

Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and regular performance reports.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational goals.

Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance product visibility.

Ensure superior customer experience through prompt after-sales service and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 7 years of experience in building materials sales, preferably in EPS/XPS or insulation products.

Strong understanding of the construction and insulation materials market.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.

Leadership and team management experience.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

Valid driving license and readiness to travel as needed.
