Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, expanding the client base, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in service-based sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.


Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance

- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and facility managers

- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis

- Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly

- Coordinate with operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization

- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets


Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience

- Experience in facility services, pest control

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
