Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and market expansion.

Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams across assigned regions or channels.

Manage key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to ensure high service levels and strong business relationships.

Review and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure coordinated execution of business plans.

Plan and manage the sales budget, including forecasting and target setting.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and merchandising strategies.

Ensure the team meets KPIs related to sales volume, distribution, visibility, and product availability.

Oversee trade promotions, in-store activities, and merchandising standards.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry, including at least 3 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of FMCG retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or sales management tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
