Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the forex sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the forex market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
Coach, mentor, and train sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 3 years of experience in forex sales or a related financial services role.
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the forex or broader financial markets.
Strong understanding of forex products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
