Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Oversee showroom and project sales for residential and commercial furniture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery
  • Handle key accounts and resolve customer issues professionally

  • Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Experience: 5+ Years
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Deep knowledge of furniture products, materials, and finishes
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skill
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and KPIs
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
