Job Description Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in promoting and selling residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales plans accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their property requirements.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalizations professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain a robust CRM system to track sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to reach a broader audience.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and demand.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market analysis.
  • Identify new market segments and potential growth areas.
  • Ensure to provide excellent customer service and addresses any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the property development or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and Sales skills.
  • Ability to make Network, work autonomously and sell effectively.
  • Result-driven and outstanding people skills
  • Keep track of market / competitors.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Knowledge of CRM system.
Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the property development market and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyse market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
