Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Sales Manager – Global Capability Centers / Offshore Delivery Centers (GCC Region)
Location: Remote (India) with periodic travel to GCC countries
Department: Sales & Business Development
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in selling Global Capability Center (GCC) / Offshore Delivery Center (ODC) solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in outsourcing, offshore delivery, shared services, digital transformation, IT consulting, and has proven success selling into large enterprises across the Middle East (GCC region- UAE, KSA, Bahrain).
You will be responsible for generating leads, building CXO-level relationships, designing value propositions, and closing GCC/ODC deals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
· Identify, target, and engage enterprise clients primarily in UAE & Bahrain.
· Promote GCC/ODC setups for IT division.
· Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → solutioning → negotiation → closing.
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of GCC/ODC opportunities.
Client Engagement
· Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, CHROs, COOs, and procurement leaders.
· Understand client requirements and design offshore center proposals (location, team structure, cost models, governance, KPIs).
· Present business value, financial benefits, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaboration & Solutioning
· Work with internal teams to create customized offshore delivery solutions.
· Lead RFP/RFI responses.
· Align with legal/commercial teams on contracts and SLAs.
Market Intelligence
· Track GCC region outsourcing and offshoring trends.
· Analyze competition and refine market strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Experience & Skills
· 5–12+ years in sales or business development for:
· Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
· Offshore Delivery Centers
· IT staffing/ Shared services / global delivery
· Proven success closing deals with GCC-region enterprises.
· Existing enterprise network in UAE/Bahrain preferred.
Skills
· Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Understanding of cost modeling for offshore/nearshore centers.
