Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Manager – India Location: India (Metro city preferred)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in India for our fire & blast protection systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven experience in B2B sales within the construction or infrastructure sector, and the ability to drive growth by securing key projects.

Key Responsibilities: •

Identify and develop business opportunities across target sectors such as infrastructure, power, oil & gas, and transportation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients. • Lead the proposal and bidding process, negotiate contracts, and close deals. • Track market trends, competitor activity, and key project pipelines. • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams for seamless execution. • Report to the Regional Business Head on sales performance and strategic plans.

Qualifications: •

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field. • 8–12 years of sales experience in the construction or industrial solutions domain. • Strong contacts with EPCs, contractors, and government agencies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Willingness to travel across India as needed.
