Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose of the Job:


Oversee the service center policies, objectives, and initiatives.

Recommend service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and potential to increase profits.


Job Accountabilities:


1 Improve the quality of customer service and retention. 2 Maintain effective control of expenses in line of budget objectives and ensure safety of the center petty cash. 3 Visit existing customers, and canvasses for new customers (insurance companies, fleets etc.). 4 Liaise with customers on vehicles/equipment; prepares service contracts and negotiate terms with customers. 5 Negotiate with insurance surveyors concerning accident work. 6 Coordinate with principals on technical problems and service issues. 7 Prepare the annual training plan and ensure its implementation. 8 Ensure the maintenance and calibration of equipment and special tools. 9 Assist in preparation of business plan and annual budget. 10 Ensure the maintenance of premises. 11 Ensure safety standards and promote ways of working safely in the service centers with regular review of safety equipment. 12 Ensure accessibility to correct identification of car parks and buildings. 13 Ensure the handling of customer claims within defined periods. 14 Prepare and submit monthly report on the service center activities to the national service manager. 15 By receiving the written complaints, or for confirmed repeat-jobs, raise the customer complaint form as per the quality assurance procedures. 16 Comply and implement the local laws and client’s requirements related to QHSEMS aspects at workplace, as per the bestowed authority and responsibility. 17 Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and the assigns specific responsibilities. 18 Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Education :


Graduate, preferably in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:


Minimum 10years of experience in commercial vehicles and heavy equipment with 3years of experience in management level.

Knowledge & Skills:

Fluent in English and Arabic. Arabic speaking is must Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities UAE’s Driving license.
