Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation for cybersecurity systems, tools, protocols, and procedures.

• Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, product managers, and compliance teams to gather and validate technical content.

• Create content such as user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), risk assessments, incident response documentation, and training materials.

• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).

• Update documentation in line with software updates, system changes, and emerging threats.

• Assist in audits and compliance reporting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or related technical certifications.

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
