Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Drive sales excellence of the club, by generating leads, and then ensuring all leads are correctly filtered through the sales funnel.

2. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the Sales Force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

3. Implementing sales and marketing strategies; analysing trends and results of the local operation in conjunction with the HQ team to maximise lead generation.

4. Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets of the sales force, aligning with company sales policies and strategies and the overall budget.

5. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key local demographics.

6. Develop, maintain and execute marketing plan in conjunction with the sales plan.

7. Provide and analyse daily reports of Sales Force and communicate data to superiors.

8. Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.

9. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the direct reporting team (seniors, supervisors, team leads) and manage their development program accordingly.

10. Analysing, auditing and forecasting.

11. Strictly adhering to the Company Policy at all times.

12. Assistance in recruitment and continuous training of all team members.

Key Required Skills and Knowledge

  • High level sales skills and demonstrated track record of achieving sales success in the big box fitness model.
  • Strong background of lead generation.
  • Experience in creating and managing sales funnels.
  • Experience in developing and training a sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build and manage a multinational team.
  • Strong analytical skill set including data analysis and action plan.
  • Organisation and time management skills.
  • An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team to achieve team/individual KPI s and goals.
  • Deep Fitness Industry knowledge.
  • Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic.
  • Have a passion for health and fitness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor s degree in sales and marketing, business administration or management, or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in leading a sales team
  • 5 years experience in sales in the fitness industry
  • Ability to meet KPIs and Targets
  • Fitness market knowledge
  • Ability to motivate the team
  • Operational Planning
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
