Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy. This role involves setting sales targets, leading and motivating the sales team, overseeing all sales operations, and working closely with marketing and development teams to ensure maximum absorption rates and revenue generation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate comprehensive annual and quarterly sales plans, including pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional campaigns, for various development projects.
- Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pricing adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, manage the sales department budget, and report on sales performance to executive leadership.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide coaching, feedback, and motivational incentives to achieve goals.
- Define and standardize the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, contract execution, and post-sale follow-up.
- Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and sales data integrity.
- Personally handle complex sales negotiations, high-value transactions, and major account deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external brokers, agencies, and channel partners to expand the distribution network.
