Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, ensuring targeted revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a diverse sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through regular training and motivational initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in a leadership role within the relevant industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional revenue growth capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
