Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead new business development with pharma and food producer
- Manage and grow strategic accounts to increase share of walle
- Establish sales forecasts, reporting discipline, and CRM usag
- Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate closely with production, planning, and QA
- Drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Experience working in a hybrid (on-site and remote) workplace arrangement.
- Solid understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
