Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Leads the sales strategy, develops and retains the customer portfolio, motivates the sales team and ensures the achievement of sales objectives.
- To define and implement the company's commercial strategy.
- To develop the client portfolio and retain existing clients.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Supervise and lead the sales team.
- Analyze the market, the competition and propose appropriate actions.
- Participate in the development of sales proposals and negotiations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree (3-5 years of higher education) in business, marketing or management.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position.
- Skills : Leadership, negotiation, sales strategy, proficiency in CRM and reporting tools.
- Qualities : Interpersonal skills, initiative, ability to work in a team and results orientation.
