Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage the sales strategy in line with the company's objectives. 

  • Manage, train and motivate the sales team.
  • Identify market opportunities, develop the customer portfolio and sales, increase market share and build customer loyalty.
  • Negotiating and concluding strategic contracts.
  • To ensure competitive and sector-specific monitoring.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
  • Organize and participate in the promotion of commercial activity and report on its activity.
  • Adapt your communication to different stakeholders within the framework of the offer and product pitch.
  • Identify new needs and propose complementary offers
  • Use sales techniques and report market information back to the company.
  • Prepare quotes under the authority of the general manager and establish annual sales forecasts.
  • Continuously monitor PF stock levels and the progress of customer orders.
  • Ensure the application and compliance with commercial procedures.
  • Establish a list of potential clients to visit, prepare reports after each visit and develop a follow-up program for these clients.
  • Develops delivery programs in collaboration with the technical director.
  • Ensures compliance with customer ordering and delivery procedures.
  • Ensures follow-up on customer invoice payments.
  • Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Attends and represents the company at trade fairs and exhibitions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma: Bac+5, training in Commerce, marketing or equivalent.

Experience: 3 years experience in a similar position.

Required skills and abilities:

  • Organization and rigor in the execution of assigned tasks.
  • Dynamism, responsiveness and initiative.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Leadership and ability to unite a team.
  • Mastery of sales and prospecting techniques.
